I am thrilled to be involved with YouthINK, a not-for-profit writing program for teenagers ages 13–18 to encourage writing, storytelling, and self-expression.

Sponsored by Christy Cashman (christycashman.com), the program's goal is to support the next generation of writers by offering unique creative experiences that will inspire, motivate, and elevate their craft of writing.

The program is being launched by way of a short-story writing competition. The winner will attend a 3-day creative workshop at historic Kilkea Castle in County Kildare, Ireland, where they will be surrounded by music, paintings, sculpture, and even a culinary experience to inspire their writing. The workshops will be led by notable authors and other creative luminaries.
